Hair and Hairdressing Style

I have wanted this for quite a while, in fact, maybe over a year already, but I have never had the courage to ask my parents because they think that all guys should have short hair and they think that long hair on a guy looks ugly. I’m 14 years old, and my parents don’t let me choose how I want my hair, and they always do what it takes so that I get a haircut. I have never had my hair over 1 1/2 inches. I have tried to clue them in that I do want longer hair, just like, not too long, but they don’t want that. I think I look bad with short hair in the same style that I have had forever, since 3rd grade. I think that I would look better with longer hair, and I have really wanted it. So, how can I get my strict parents to let me do what I want with my hair.

I have medium length, black hair. I want to style it so that it kinda goes to the side, kinda like this picture:

But I have no idea how to go about doing it. I’ve tried wax, gel, everything, but it either just makes my hair look greasy or fades out after an hour and my hair is then all over the place again

I have these really annoying bits of baby hair along my hairline. My fringe covers it but i cant clip my fringe up because they look horrible and they are too short to clip back or anything. I was thinking about hair removal cream but im not sure if i should use it of not.

How do I do this without going to the salon.

I used to have a full fringe/ bangs, but I was growing it out all Easter to get a side fringe. Then my hair appointment was cancelled, and I have to go to school tommorow without getting my hair cut.
I can’t have my fringe pinned back, and I have to have the rest of my hair tied back though, if that makes sense.

Sadie is a 2 year old dog. She is very sweet and playful yellow lab. A few weeks ago she was throwing up ( pine cones, brownish color and sometimes what looked like random stuff she ate ) .she would vomit by the door .and in 2 other bedrooms. She has little to no contact with other dogs, she is a family dog and plays in the large backyard. Sadie was given a week after the first vomit episode to control her Weight. She did not have as big an appetite and my only thought was she didn’t like the food as much. She had an apt to see the vet. She visited the vet 4 days ago and got a clean bill f health.no worms .no heart concerns. Healthy. Well, 2 days after I noticed two stray boxers in the yard she played with, Animal control took them away. This was yesterday. LAter that evening , I noticed on her paw ( a little above) a triangular shape ( about the size of a quarter) bald patch on her skin. No cuts, no bite marks and no hair.she kept licking it. I thought maybe those other dogs gave her something seeing as the female dog that animal control took away said the beeeyotch- I know, I know .ha ha -had a bald spot on her back ,small one. Today ( next day) I started remembering the symptoms that occur ed when my brothers chihuahua had pave and need medical attention. So, I am guessing until the next vet visit.maybe someone can help me out. She is looking Alto thinner ( she is a fat dog) and you can see her ribs.but it could be the Weight loss food or sickness. Yup, so kinda of a hard one.any help, anyone.

So Im coming up with a rule for me Im washing my hair
once a week no heat only once a month for that
and every 6 months Im going to relax,its been a month and
I notice a big differnce like a inch of growth:):):)
Iv used only doo gro mega thickeing oil(With no bad cheicals)
and Im using Olive oil heat protection:)
