I’m 12 and soon as I get out of the school I’m going to public school for the 08-09 school year and I’ll be in 7th gr. My mom says I can get my hair died at like Supercuts or Hair Cuttery like the day after or the day of the last day of school (I go to a private school right now and it’s uniformed) any color I want plus highlights, and I’m getting my eyebrows waxed then too. But I’m trying to decide on a color to get my hair dyed and also should I get highlights with the new color. Please give me suggestions plus I’m growing my hair out so I don’t really need anything but color suggestions. I would like to know if this is possible by using toners (born blonde) or products that are non- damaging like Loving care semi prem. . What should I use to get darker without getting mucky green. I want to stay away from perm. hair color due to the damage that has been already done. Thanks for any advice I have Sally’s Beauty supply close by.
